Prosecutors Seek Death for Man Who Murdered Woman at Las Vegas Strip Resort (Casino.org)

Prosecutors in Las Vegas say they intend to seek the death penalty against Dandre Owens, the man they accuse of fatally shooting 29-year-old Brittani Bailey in an MGM Grand hotel room and of luring another man to the desert before executing him there. (Image: LVMPD) Owens, 30, was indicted for two counts of open murder with a deadly weapon, one count of robbery, one count of carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, one count of possessing a silencer/suppressor, one count of obtaining and using personal identification of another to avoid/delay prosecution, one count of theft, one count of forgery, and one count of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm.
