The Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ), Spain’s national gambling regulator, has released financial results for the second quarter of 2025. The latest figures show broad year-on-year increases in the Spain iGaming market, though several areas experienced declines compared to the first quarter of the year. Overall Financial Results Gross gaming revenue (GGR) for Q2 stood at €410.26 million, reflecting an 18.6% increase from the same period in 2024. Quarter-on-quarter, the rise was modest at 2.79%. Deposits reached €1.35 billion, a 23.7% jump compared to last year, while withdrawals grew 28.9% to €962.9 million. However, relative to Q1, deposits dipped slightly by 0.36%, while withdrawals edged up 0.63%. The regulator also noted that the average number of active gaming accounts in Q2 came to 1,704,178.
