Spain’s Gambling Council Renewed as Draft 2026–2030 Plan Unveiled (Casino News Daily)

Spain’s Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling (DGOJ) has announced the renewal of its Responsible Gambling Advisory Council, accompanied by the presentation of a new long-term policy initiative, the Safe Gambling Program 2026–2030. The meeting, held on June 19, marked the official start of the council’s new term following the expiration of the previous mandate in May. The inaugural session was chaired by Mikel Arana, Director General of the DGOJ, who also serves as president of the Council. The restructured advisory body includes a broad representation from the General State Administration and Spain’s Autonomous Communities.
